Players navigate New York City as dumpster divers, scavenging discarded goods to maximize value while facing social stigma and strategic constraints. Every decision demands skill, timing, and awareness, revealing how dumpster diving is less desperation and more mastery of urban waste systems.
Designed as a multi-player board game(up to four), Dive! transforms overlooked labor into strategy, encouraging players to experience the ethics, discrimination, and resourcefulness tied to survival. Rather than romanticizing or mocking the act, the game reframes dumpster divers as experts navigating infrastructure others ignore.
